Polyurethane Vibrating Screen Mesh Usage
The screening process is strict control to the grain size of materials, to eliminate the adverse effects on concentrate grade; slurry on screen surface, under high frequency and small amplitude oscillation, can be layered by density stratification, to improve product grade sharply, because material with high density and small particle is easy to be settled on the screen surface. Vibration parameter of the high frequency screen is controlled by computer, so each vibration parameter can be set up and adjusted individually. The controller of the high frequency screen is designed with function of transient strong vibration, which can regularly clear the sieve surface to prevent holes plugging.
