Trapezoidal timing belt are divided into two types: single-sided toothed and double-sided toothed, referred to as single-sided belt and double-sided belt.
Double-Sided Timing Belt can be divided into two standard types according to the belt teeth:
DA type double-sided tooth timing belt, the belt teeth on both sides are arranged symmetrically.
DB type double-sided tooth timing belt, the belt teeth on both sides are arranged in staggered positions.
The pitch and tooth shape of the double-sided trapezoidal timing belt are identical to the tooth shape and pitch of the single-sided timing belt.
In addition to the advantages of general synchronous belt transmission, the trapezoidal timing belt has a square tooth shape, so compared with the arc toothed pulley, it can allow a larger linear speed, so, the circumferential trapezoidal timing belt can meet higher speed transmission.
