As we all know, The anilox roller is the core component of the flexographic printing machine. It is responsible for evenly transferring a certain amount of ink to the printing plate. The anilox roller directly determines the printing quality.

1. Raw material

Huatao anilox roll adopts seamless steel pipe-#20 steel. And the inner holes are bored. The wall of the tube is very uniform.

We have a machining process center of Doosan from South Korea.The shaft head is made of solid one-piece round steel. Processed in one piece And the various screw holes, slots and arcs on the spindle head are all processed in one piece, and the assembly accuracy is high.

2. Creamic coating

The quality of the coating and ceramics is the key determines to decide the service life of the roller.

Huatao Anilox roll used 100% double coating, NiCr alloy anti-corrosion coating + imported ceramic coating.

The ceramic coating itself is porous. Huatao have import spraying machine from Switzerland and add imported ceramic powder to control the porosity to 1-2%.

Other supplier’s porosity can reach more than 5%. They will use encapsulant to achieve low porosity. After sealing the hole with a encapsulant, it can play an anti-corrosion role, but the sealing component in the encapsulant itself can also be dissolved. Therefore, if the cleaning reagent happens to corrode the encapsulant, then water will seep into the ceramic pores, and the water will corrode the iron core. The iron will rust and expand, and the inside will swell and break the ceramic.

3. Engraving machine

4. Balance process

It is worth mentioning is our balance techinical. Our dynamic balance is the balance done by subtraction, that is, to remove the weight in the place of heavy. Other manufacturers generally do addition, that is, welding balance blocks in light places. It falls off easily. Some customers roll inside will make a clang, that is, the balance block fell.
